Custom Refinish - BJA Buffet

Mike finished up this custom buffet last night. I think the color is wonderful and I had a hard time truly capturing it with pictures. I have left the white side door in the picture for contrast. The color is a pale greyish blue which would compliment so many other colors when pulling a room together. Especially blacks, browns, and reds.
The top extends to provide extra width and serving capacity.
Our client asked that we keep the original hardware which already compliments the piece. The base has a sweet design and etched wood details. I really think these types of pieces can be used in so many ways! Including side tables to beds and couches, entry and greeting pieces, as well as bathroom cabinets. I do not think I have mentioned that before but wouldn't this look lovely as a vanity with a sink and a black mirror hanging above it? One day I am going to use all furniture pieces to complete my bathrooms. One day.
