Chalkboard Restore

We worked on this little chalkboard for a client who purchased it from Etsy. When she received the frame it was in pretty bad shape and the chalkboard paint did not work all that well. So we repainted the frame and roughed it up a bit to glorify all of the beautiful details. We repainted the chalkboard and I was so itching to write something on the perfectly dark black surface. However, it was not mine to play with so it was delivered nice and clean.
Up next week have been working on a few pieces for my parent's ranch house. They are vintage and wonderful and fun colors that were neither black or white!

Oh! This is exactly like a gold one I just did, now I can see how it would look in white! I love it!

This is absolutely gorgeous- wouldn't this be cute in a cupcake store with chandeliers, etc? Or a pretty kitchen? I love how this turned out!

I've always admired the chalkboard look on framing. Yours is just lovely!
