The Day Is Done

I cannot thank you all enough for the encouraging words and support that have poured into my inbox as my first day of my new job approached.
My goodness what wonderful friends I have.
And friends I have not officially met who sent prayers my way wishing me the best of luck.
Thank you all a thousand times over.
I read each of them at least three times!

And now the day is done and I did it.
I saw many new faces, shook many hands, and learned some new names.
I was fed data and was overwhelmed with information.
But I expected it and know that it will all come together with time.
It will make sense.
And I am eager to make a contribution.

So again thank you friends out there.
Please know I read each and every email and comment.
My goal in the past has been to respond to each of these personally.
I have been thinking over the past few weeks of my new schedule and how I can continue to juggle all that I am currently doing.
I have reluctantly admitted that I need to allow myself some time for transition.
So please please be patient with me if it takes some time for me to respond to your lovely emails and comments going forward.
My time is so limited as I make this transition and juggle my family time and blogging time.
Please know that I am reading and smiling at all of your kind words and thoughts.
I adore each of them.

Lastly,
I have received several emails asking about our painting techniques and the equipment we use so I am including links to our posts directed to these exact questions. I hope that you all find them very useful!

I do have a fun reveal coming up so stay close!

Good luck with the new job! It sounds like a wonderful new adventure! At each new reveal, I still get as excited as the first one that I saw! :) I love the previous white hutch- if only I had a bigger house! (sigh!)

Hi Melanie! I am so happy that it went well! I have been thinking about you! I know it must seem so overwhelming right now but before you know it you will settle into a new routine and it will seem like old hat! :) No worries about responding, you get yourself settled in first! :) Hugs to you and CONGRATS my friend!!
