The Alice Hutch - Before & After

Dimensions:

51.5" Wide . 83.5" Tall . 18" Deep

Before
After
This is a beautiful vintage white hutch that has so much character. It turned out far better than I imagined. It is crazy how paint and a bit of distressing can bring out so many elements that you didn't realize were there.
The base is chunky with tons of delicate wood features. Behind the two left doors is a drawer for organization and the behind the two right doors is a shelf for extra storage. The top is crowned with a special wood piece with a floral engraving which pulls all of the details together.
The frosted etching on the two top outer doors gives it such a distinct look and feel. It almost looks like it was hand drawn which gives it such flair.
I think the pictures speak for themselves. This is a delightful hutch that would look beautiful in just about any room in the house. If you are looking to add a vintage hutch to your collection this would working wonderfully.

Up next is a classic black hutch. Mike will be putting the finishing touches on it today!

I love it and am very envious! I am dying to paint my cherry dinning room set but I bought it from Ashley Furniture less than 5 yrs ago and my hubby would kill me!!!

That hutch turned out gorgeous! I'm wondering if a built in would look as good? I'm going to have to just DO IT. Love how the white and distressed finish really emphasizes the great details. Very chic and stylish.

It's amazing how paint can transform furniture. The white paint compliments the etched glass and ornate doors. Love this!! Great job!
