Bed Garland

I picked up supplies the other night to start making these little garlands. They are so easy even my little three year old was a big help (most of the time) in gluing and applying! However, if I did not keep my eye on her she was gluing her leg and seeing what types of objects would stick to the top of the glue stick. Love that girl! We are now in the process of making Halloween garlands and I am even starting to think about Christmas garlands. I saw a little Charlie Brown Christmas tree at the store the other day and wished I would have picked it up. It would have been just wonderful with one of these wrapped all up and around it!
We have the big kids this weekend and I think the girls are going to be more than pleased to see what Faith made for them! They always bring her treats and surprises so this will be her special something to them.

And up next . . . . Here is the before shot of this tall five drawer cabinet and a matching nightstand. The doors are currently sitting in the kitchen and oh my did they ever turn out extra beautiful. I think the details just pop now! The little decorative wood piece on the door has such a vintage flair but was hardly noticeable before. I am still searching for the perfect hardware.

Oh good! We are in for a long weekend. Cannot wait to get it started.

Wishing you all a happy one!

I am linking to the parties on my sidebar.
