Custom Refinish - Before & After

Yeah for makeovers! Out with the 1980's forest green and in with the eye popping robin egg blue!
Before
After
I absolutely love how this table turned out. Paige Davis is going to use this in her photography studio along with her mustard yellow mirror. I think this will be a wonderful greeting piece for her clients as they enter her studio. It radiates cheeriness! If that is not a word... sorry but it just does!
The first thing I noticed when she dropped it off was the chunky beadboard style top. I could not wait to start sanding it and putting a nice dark glaze on it to emphasize all the lines. I love how the heavy sand throughs turned out. I think it gives this little table so much character. And I adore this color. I need one more side table for Faith's bed room and she has a splash of this color in her quilt. I am on the hunt for the perfect little table but now I think I have found the perfect color! Thank you Paige. It has been so fun to paint with these colors!

We are delivering this table tonight along with the last two pieces of the wall unit going into the home office. I will be posting those pictures tomorrow.

I am really excited about the next dresser we are working on. I gave a sneak peak last night. I think it is going to be fabulous!
Stay tuned!
