The Brooklyn Dresser is gorgeous. It is a Thomasville so it is very well built and came to us with only a few blemishes that have been fixed. It is solid wood and very heavy.
We painted it black and slightly distressed it and coated it with polyurathane for extra durability. It has seven drawers and a cupboard that contains an additonal two drawers.
The color and style makes it very functional. Can be used as a dresser, a buffet in a dining area, a credenza in an office, or a place to set a flat screen tv in a family room.
I would love to get my hands on another one of these and paint it the color we painted the Coleman Buffet. The carmel color seems to be very popular right now.
