My home accessories have entered an evolution stage. I used to get excited by things I saw at TaiPan or Rod Words, and while I still think they have lovely stuff, I don't really want them in my home anymore. I want cool OLD stuff that not everyone else has! I love old wood, glass, metal, paper...I have old shoe lasts, spindles, pickling jars, wire frogs. They make me happy!
I don't plan accessories. I have a bunch of little things that mean something to us...mostly given to us by family or each other. But I am so in love with that typewriter that I may just have to start visiting flea markets more often.
Hi, Hopped over from TTT. I was so excited to see that you are a fellow Utahn. I live in Alpine. Just a hop, skip, and a jump away from Centerville. I love it all! I have a typewriter very similar to that one. It's one of my favorite vintage pieces. Now a new follower.
Love old typewriters, I remember my great grandfather still using his old one when I was just itsy bitsy, lots of memories. thanks for linking up to VIF, xo Debra
We appreciate you taking the time to leave us a comment and we look forward to reading your thoughts and ideas. If we do not respond quickly it is either because we are treasure hunting or in the spray booth but nonetheless want you to know with sincere gratitude that we adore our followers and are so happy to have you visiting our blog!
I love that old typewriter. I learned to type on something very simple to that! xo Diana
ReplyDeleteIf you're planning on doing a giveaway...I like all of them.... If you're asking for my personal opinion?....a little bit of everything.
